B. Survival and Recovery (SURE) Assistance Program

Eligible Borrowers: Small farmers and fisherfolks whose livelihood was affected by calamity.

Loanable Amount: Emergency Loan up to P5,000.00 per borrower only
Recovery Assistance up to P20,000.00 per borrower only.

Term of Loan: Depending on gestation of the project to be financed and capacity of the borrower to repay but not to exceed 3 years.

Interest Rate: 0%

Documentary Requirements:
- 1 Government ID with picture
- Loan Application Form
- Must be endorsed by the ACPC
- Must be registered to Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA) through Department of Agriculture (DA) inclusion protocol.
